Can ALL1 do what my Umbrel does?+
For most home self-hosting, yes: media, file sync, home automation, password management and similar tools run from the ALL OS App Store. Check the App Store for a specific app before you switch. Large storage arrays are the main gap.
Do I have to share my device with the network?+
No. You decide. Run it as a private server only, approve each network app one by one, or set it to automatic. You can stop any app in one tap.
Can other apps or businesses see my files?+
No. Network apps run in isolated sandboxes with only the resources they were granted, and application data is encrypted on disk. Hosts see device health and earnings, not the content of the services they run.
How much can I earn?+
It depends on demand for the apps you run, your uptime, connection and location. Hosts keep 70%* of what their device generates, paid in USD or USDC. There is no guaranteed amount.
